Payments can be made via credit or debit card, Bank transfer or cash. Payment instructions will be provided upon the provision of a quote.
Unfortunately, our current fleet of minibuses do not have wheelchair access. This is something we are looking to address in the future.
All children that require a child seat must travel with one. Passengers must bring & secure their own child seats. We can store your car seats between your outbound & return journeys if required.

Our services are priced per vehicle and not per head, therefore prices will stay the same regardless of the number of passengers travelling.
You are more than welcome to eat and drink on your journey however, we ask that all rubbish is disposed of in the bins provided.
The consumption of alcohol is prohibited on all our vehicles. Failure to comply could result in the cancellation of your journey and a surcharge of £100.
Yes, Our drivers are required to stop in line with UK legislation. However, If additional stops are required at any time please inform the driver who will be more than happy to assist you.
Upon booking you will receive a booking form which will ask for details of any luggage/equipment travelling with you. Please be as detailed as you can so that we can ensure there is enough room for all passengers to be comfortable. For groups with large amounts of luggage we recommend the hire of a luggage trailer at an additional cost.
We will use the flight numbers provided to track your flight and will adjust your pick up time accordingly. If for any reason your flight has more than a 24 hour delay and clashes with another booking we will inform you of your options.
